A message to our customers

Monika is taking the current situation with Coronavirus / Covid-19 very seriously.

Safety is at the core of our vision, mission and values. We also understand that safety is now more critical than ever for our clients.

We are doing everything we can to reduce any risk to you while maintaining continuity of service, so that we can keep your Monika system doing what it is designed to do – protecting you and your customers.

To this end, we have put the following precautions and measures in place:

  • We are strictly following any new policies or guidelines that our clients have put in place around our staff accessing your premises. Our staff have been advised to take this very seriously.
  • We have given strict instructions to our field service team to maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene, to enact social distancing, and to stay home at the first sign of any symptoms or exposure to the virus.
  • We have implemented home working for the majority of our office staff. Our phones will still be answered and emails monitored as normal, so that we can support you with technical advice and schedule any required repairs or maintenance.
  • We are monitoring government guidelines around the Covid-19 outbreak very carefully to ensure we are doing everything that is required to minimise the spread of infection.

Please be assured that all of our staff are currently well and that Monika will continue to provide a high level of support during this time. We will update you should the situation change.
